We offer a choice of services from single room designs through to shopping and sourcing for an entire scheme on your behalf if you have neither the time nor the inclination. HomeSmiths can also manage the entire project for you. We are extremely flexible - you can use us for as little or as much of your project as you like.
We come to your home to listen to you and learn more about the way you live and what you would like us to help you achieve. At our second meeting you will receive a presentation of the proposed work with clearly defined costs and samples. Room design fees start at £350 per room inc VAT. It is important to us that you are absolutely comfortable with the fee structure so we can agree a fixed fee for a project or charge by the hour, whichever you prefer.
An initial consultation is FREE and you are not obliged to use us unless you want to.
