We can either provide flat fee design services, or can source for and dress a property throughout to complete the finished look. We consider the practicalities in furnishing a rental property with attractive and striking furniture and accessories that are durable and cost effective. There may well be items which you will be replacing regularly so we ensure that you spend money where it is required and opt for budget options where they are more appropriate. We will work closely with you paying attention to budget and practicality as well as the visual effect you wish to achieve.
