Woodlands Court

A Sheltered Housing scheme can benefit enormously from well considered interior design.  Design that supports people, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible and design which encourages social interaction and the development of community.  Woodlands Court in Swanley is part of the West Kent Housing Association portfolio.  The horticultural heritage of the area and specifically the fruit trees formed the inspiration for the scheme with the colour scheme for each of the three floors corresponding to an orchard fruit.  Bespoke colour wall covering from Tektura features on each of the three floors and The Frame House provided the art to work with the scheme.  The newly landscaped garden also features the three fruit trees.
