Luxury Apartment in Surrey

The owners of this luxury apartment in Surrey were looking for a complete interior design refurbishment and change of style after some extensive fire damage.  Having seen one of our show homes they approached us.  Our brief included making more of the hall which was historically a dark and unwelcoming space.  By dividing the ceiling into sections and adding a cornice details we visually broke up the space.  The combination of cornice lighting, down lights and table lamps enables different moods to be created within the hall.  Drawing on David’s cabinet maker background, we designed bespoke wardrobes with a mirror at the end to free up wall space for art elsewhere in the room.  The Master Bedroom bedside cabinets from TDN, finished in a bespoke grey-oak shade work well with the warmer gold tones in the feature wall.  The client loves wall coverings which we have used throughout the apartment including Strawberry Thief from the Morris & Co,  Pure Morris Collection, Wyndham from Cole  & Son, Albemarle Collection and a number of plains from Elitis.
