Show Homes
We believe that a show home should have impact but not be too over the top. Our show home designs are based on carefully chosen pieces married with fabrics and accessories that make the rooms sing, whilst allowing a potential purchaser to imagine themselves living there. We provide a unique attention to detail that draws on the locality of a home, promoting the use of local suppliers and providing the finishing touches that give a show home the feel of establishment in the local community and historical awareness of location.
We can work with you on an interior design only basis, producing schemes for your show flat/apartment or houses, or we can manage an entire project from start to finish, from sourcing to dressing for viewings. We combine interior design expertise with commercial sense and strong organisational skills, working to fixed budgets and timescales.
If you are looking to provide interior design services to purchasers we can work with you and your agent to create packages to offer advice on single room or whole house schemes and furnishing. We can also attend your open days and work alongside your sales team to offer purchasers advice on how they might position their existing furniture or dress a certain window. Our experience tells us that this can really enhance the sales process.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is one of listening and understanding your requirements. We will come and meet with you to learn more about your business, to discuss the development, your target market, budget and timescales. Following a site visit, we then provide you with a quote for the design and supply of your show home, with costs broken down so you can see clearly how your money will be optimised.
We take on show home projects spanning the South East, including Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
