East Stour Court, Ashford

Independent living scheme, East Stour Court has been designed very much with the local natural environment in mind. The client was keen to draw on the palette of the River Stour and bring as much of that into the scheme as possible. The main resident lounge and dining room features Panaz designs, recoloured to work with the blue and green scheme. The fitted TV unit provides a focal point to the room as well as storage for communal activities.  The double height atrium at the end of the ground floor corridor contains a small seating area and gallery space on both floors including. Biophilic design features include a large wall mural featuring a calming view of the River Stour.
